IKA LODGE ACCOMMODATION
Ika Lodge is set in a beautiful mature garden which is surrounded by large trees and flowering shrubs filled with the sounds of birds.
The Lodge has a large guest lounges with leather suites, high timber ceilings and an open fire, a mezzanine lounge/reading area, a dining hall with stained glass windows and in summer the large courtyard provides relaxing outside areas and a perfect outside dining venue.
Ika offers a wide choice of accommodation to suit discerning guest including:
Loft Suite
Upstairs adjacent to the mezzanine lounge is the Loft Suite with:
- Sloping ceilings with large exposed beams
- Wrought iron table and chairs in front of the dormer window overlooking the gardens and park.
- Queen and King Single beds with electric blankets
- Large modern ensuite with walkin shower and heated towel rails
- Coffee and tea making facilities
- Complimentary decanter of port and home made biscuits.
Garden Suite
On the ground floor the Garden suite offers:
- A suite with an open fire place, corner windows with window seat framed by climbing roses and tree ferns looking onto the gardens.
- Queen bed with electric blanket
- Ensuite with walk in shower and heated towel rail.
- Coffee and tea making facilities
- Complimentary decanter of port and home made biscuits.
River Apartment
With its separate entrance from the courtyard, the River Apartment provides either self catering or B&B accommodation for up to two couples overlooking the gardens and river with:
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Lounge and dining room with gas fire, window seats overlooking the courtyard and French doors opening onto the large wooden deck with outdoor furniture, gas BBQ and access to the garden and river.
- One bedroom with Queen bed and French doors onto the deck and one bedroom with a double bed.
- Modern bright bathroom looking onto the gardens.
- Welcome basket with tea, coffee, homemade bread, biscuits and jams.
- Meals are available served in the apartment or in the Lodge on request.
The Bungalow
Located some 500m downstream from the Lodge the Bungalow is set amongst large trees and flowering shrubs and offers superior self catering accommodation for up to 6 persons in three bedrooms. The bungalow has direct access to the River and Walkway and has ample parking for cars and boat offering:
- Modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas hobs, electric oven and microwave
- Large lounge/dining room with wood burner fire and a piano.
- TV, stereo and DVD player
- Two bedrooms with Queen beds and One bedroom with 2 single beds.
- Modern bathroom with heated towel rail.
- Two wooden decks with outdoor furniture, gas BBQ, fish cleaning table and tackle shed.
- Welcome basket with tea, coffee, homemade bread, biscuits and jams and pantry with basic requirements (Flour, sugar, cooking oil etc)
